We are looking for a Q/A Officer to ensure our online casinos provide an exceptional experience across all markets.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and positive minded individual to join our Team. The Quality Assurance Officer’s core responsibility is to assure the quality control of our marketing execution and casino products through rigorous testing methods across all available channels and platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Regular testing of all websites according to best practices defined by the CRM Manager and Marketing Product Manager.
- Test marketing campaigns, new website functionalities and platform releases.
- Assure quality control on all communication formats and channels through testing tasks as delegated.
- Develop and maintain automated front-end tests that support multiple devices and jurisdictions.
- Ownership of the game release testing process; game setup and configuration plus optimizing our casino lobby.
- Keep an eye on the competition and market trends.
- Perform user journey tests to keep optimising the product.
- Assistance in the execution of onsite pages, emails, SMSs, inbox messages & push notifications.
- Check and update onsite content provided on our casino brands and languages.
Candidates skills and experience:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language both verbal and written.
- Fair knowledge of Online Marketing practices.
- High capacity in detecting issues and problem troubleshooting.
- Organized and able to keep focus and structure to ensure deadlines are met.
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
- An understanding of customer user journeys and how to improve them.
- Organised and able to keep focus and structure in a role which grants freedom.
- Experience in end-to-end automation testing tools is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (preferable).
- A basic knowledge of CMS platforms, CRM tools and Marketing experience (preferable).
- A good understanding of current compliance regulations. (preferable).
- Igaming experience is not a necessity but will be considered a plus.
- Passion in Igaming, specially casino.
